0% cancellation charge before 50 days of travel date.
25% Cancellation charge before 50 days to 30 days of travel Date.
50% Cancellation charge before 30 days to 20 days of travel date.
100% Cancellation charge before 10 days of travel date. (Less Than 20
Days 100% Cancellation charges will apply In Peak Season Dates)
In some cases, if we are not holding the amount i.e. we have transferred the
amount further to service providers, then cancellation charges may be different &
will vary case to case.
The Agency has complete authority to change the package costing if in future
there is a hike in tariff & taxes on hotels, transportation or any other service that
has been provided.
In exceptional cases like Instant death company can refund the advance payment
amount but after deducting its necessary service charges* (death certificate will
be needed for the same)
Note: Written cancellation will accept on all working days, except Sunday, Any
cancellation sent on Sunday’s will be considered on next working day (Monday).
For the X-mas and New Year period from 20 Dec to 05 Jan the payment is non-
refundable.
In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a
limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be
able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors we patronize. For unused hotel
accommodation, transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any
responsibility to refund.
