40 % of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in Agency’s
account to confirm the package. Rest 60 % have to pay on arrival (2nd day
of tour).
20 % of total package cost is also acceptable if booking is confirmed before
45 days of travel date (you have to complete 40% amount before 30 days
of travel date).
20% of payment will be considered as token amount only & will be non-
refundable. Rest of the 20 % must be cleared before 30 days of Travel Date.
If we didn’t receive remaining 20% advance amount before 30 days of
travel date then package will be cancelled.
Customers must carry the issued confirmation letter & ID Proof on their
trip as it contains important information like confirmed hotel, Cab Details
and Service contact Numbers.
Payments:
For all the services contracted, certain advance payment should be made to hold
the booking, on confirmed basis & the balance amount can be paid second day of
the tour. We hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance
payment, based on the nature of the service & the time left for the
commencement of the service.
Apart from above in some cases like hotels or resorts bookings during the peak
season (X-Mas, New Year), full payment is required to be sent in advance.
